They are wearing the same design shirt but different color which will make people notice they are twins easily.
Here we have a same hair style and same pattern outfit twins. Even the spectacle and hair length is the same. This is what usually parents with twins will do, buying the same design but different color outfit for their children. A very normal combination for t- shirt is to go with jeans. No matter little kids or adults, jeans is a casual and multi-combination cloth. This is because of the influence from the western country, that brought into Malaysia's culture of wearing jeans. A blue jeans can actually wear with any color shirt expect for blue itself, because it will have color contrast.
